2018-2022Head of JIT Niger EU projet. based in Niamey (Niger). This operational project was aimed at dismantling the smuggling and trafficking networks that used Niger as a transit country to bring irregular migrants to Europe.
2009-2018Superintendent of the Spanish National Police. Operational Chief of Eastern European Countries Criminal Groups Section within the General Judicial Police Headquarters. (We tackle all kind of criminal groups coming from Eastern Europe regardless of the crime they are committing).
2014-2017Spanish representative in the Organized Property Crime European Multidisciplinary Platform Against Criminal Threats (EMPACT OPC) within the EU policy cycle 2014-2017 to tackle Organized and Serious Organized Crime. In this framework, Action Leader along with Eurojust, in Operational Action whose main purpose is both searching loopholes in legislation and procedures regarding Organized Property Crime and raising awareness among judges and prosecutors on this phenomenon.
2011-2017 Creator, organizer and trainer of the “Human Sources Management” course within the National Police at national and regional level; also at international level in Santiago de Chile to Carabineros de Chile.
1999-2018 Chief Inspector of the National Police. Operational Chief of Eastern European Countries Criminal Gangs Group within the Madrid Regional Brigade. (We tackled all kind of criminal groups coming from Eastern Europe regardless of the crime they are committing).
