Payment: Payments must be made with the order. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless payment has been made in full prior to 25th March 2025.
VAT: All delegate fees are subject to Spanish IVA/VAT Tax at 21%.
Substitutions/Name Changes: You can amend/change a delegate prior to the even start by notifying us in writing. Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at an event. Please ensure separate bookings for each delegate. Torch Marketing Co. Ltd. reserve the right to refuse entry.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your attendance to the event and you are unable to send a substitute, then we will refund/credit 50% of the due fee less a £100 administration charge, providing that cancellation is made in writing and received before 25th February 2025. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. If we have to cancel the event for any reason, then we will make a full refund immediately, but disclaim any further liability.
Letters to Support Visa Applications: Letters will be provided to support a Visa application, once the delegate fee has been paid in full. Should the Visa be denied, a refund will be provided. Successful Visa application, but failure to attend will result in the delegate fee being forfeited. A letter to support Visa applications will NOT be provided for Exhibition Visitor Only Passes.
Alterations: It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers or timing of the event compared to the advertised programme.
Data Protection: Torch Marketing Co. Ltd. gathers personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation and we may use this to contact you by telephone, fax, post or email to tell you about other products and services.
