Colonel (Retired) Adnane Kaab is a senior consultant and former senior officer in the Royal Moroccan Air Force, with more than thirty years of experience in strategic planning, logistics, and border security operations. At Air Force Headquarters, he led national programs focused on fuel supply, infrastructure management, and compliance with NATO and international defense standards. Currently a consultant at STRATEGUS NK, he advises governments and institutions on risk management, defense logistics, and regional security cooperation. His work explores how African borders are evolving from lines of separation into spaces of connectivity and shared development.
