European Association of Airport & Seaport Police (EAASP) supports World Border Security Congress

The organisers of World Border Security Congress have announced the support of the European Association of Airport & Seaport Police (EAASP) for next year’s World Border Security Congress in Madrid, from the 20th-22nd March 2018.

They also announced that James Douglass IPM, Ports Protective Security Lead, National Counter Terrorism Policing HQ, UK and President of the European Association of Airport & Seaport Police (EAASP) will be speaking at the event in the session on ‘Foreign fighters and counter-terrorism strategies at the border’.

Conference Chairman John Donlon QPM said “We are delighted to have the support of the EAASP who support key frontline officers tackling the multiple challenges faced at European airports, ports and borders. We are also especially pleased to welcome James Douglass to the event for the first time and look forward to sharing his insight and expertise on this important issue, which will undoubtedly will be one of the highlights of the programme .”

World Border Security Congress will be held in Madrid, Spain from the 20-22 March 2018.
