IT Project Manager in the area of borders, immigration and asylum, from its development through the implementation and maintenance of information systems, has 16 years of experience in the Portuguese Immigration and borders service. For the past four years have been the Portuguese representative in the Eu-LISA Advisory Group for EURODAC and the current National Project Manager of the Smart Borders project (EES and ETIAS), with regular participation in meetings of the European Commission and Eu-LISA Advisory Group.
