BG maj. Grzegorz Kostecki is working in Polish Border Guard HQs from 10 years now, on different posts – now as an expert of Border Management Dept. dealing mostly with new technologies and solutions for safe and secure border guarding in relation with EU needs and expectations. Co-financed Projects are treated by him as a tool for better understanding of technology available for external borders security. Next 38 months period of time will be a challenge to build a new kind of system for European borders safety.
