Mr. Pablo Molina was appointed Head of Airbus Maritime Group on January 2018. As such, he is in charge of developing and implementing the Airbus DS market strategy in the Maritime Domain. Prior to that, Mr. Molina was Head of Military Aircraft in Canada leading the Commercial activities in the country and the services activities in the US. Until 2014, he acted as Customer Support Regional Director for Middle East in the Commercial Directorate of the company, responsible for the military aircraft Services order intake of the company for all of the different products and Customers in the region. In 2009 Mr. Pablo Molina joined the Commercial Directorate of the company coming from Services Directorate where he was the responsible of several senior positions on Training and Operations and MRO. Prior to join the former EADS CASA, he had worked in several other companies mainly in the fields of Geographical Information Systems and consultancy. He has been involved in the aerospace and maritime business for over 20 years. Mr. Pablo Molina holds a masters degree in aeronautical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid specialized in Space Vehicles and Missiles. Mr. Molina, his wife Ana and their daughter Clara live in Madrid. In his free time, he enjoys riding mountain bike and reading books.
